VISION
Innovation through Connectivity
There are various gaps in the world. We would like to fill these gaps through innovation. Gap between companies, gap between industry, government and academia, gap between companies and individuals, gap between generations, gap between areas, etc. With better matching opportunities, there are many possibilities to bridge and overcome those gaps. Regarding health, the preamble of the World Health Organization (WHO) Charter, signed in 1946, states: "Health does not mean the absence of disease or weakness, but rather the physical, mental, and social health." It is defined as a state in which everything is fulfilled. Through innovation, we hope to create a world where everyone can live a healthy and authentic life. Interest in healthcare is increasing. Japan's medical expenses exceed 40 trillion yen, and the scale of the healthcare-related market is said to be 100 trillion yen. Innovation is necessary to create a sustainable society in which people can live with peace of mind. Economist Joseph Alois Schumpeter wrote in ``A Theory of Economic Development'' that innovation is ``the creation of new value by combining elements that have never been combined before''. We want to create innovation by providing opportunities for people from different backgrounds to interact with each other.

Organization Gap
Innovation can occur when industry,government,academia,and companies connect,but there are still gaps between each organization. We will utilize the human network we have cultivated over the years to fill these gaps.

Personal Gap
There are various ways of working.
There is a gap between what we want to do (WILL) and what we can do (CAN). If you are doing work that is different from what you want to do (WILL), we will create opportunities for you to do what you originally want to do (WILL). It also provides an opportunity to improve your abilities if your CAN level is not sufficient. -
Geographical gap
Adults with various experiences, young people with little experience but full of motivation. Innovation happens by connecting them. We will connect with university students and create innovation with working adults, entrepreneurs, and teachers with various experiences.

Area Gap
We will connect cities and regions, and Japan and overseas. With the development of the Internet, geographical issues are being resolved, but there are still many ways to connect. We will leverage the characteristics of each area to bring about innovation.
